Ss Reactor Operating Procedures


Check the sealing performance of the ss reactor, clean the inside of the reactor, check the accessories, prepare the reaction materials, etc.


Add the reaction materials into the stainless steel reaction kettle, and pay attention to controlling the feeding speed and feeding amount according to the reaction equation and experimental requirements.


Turn on the stirrer of the reaction kettle, set the stirring speed and time according to the reaction requirements, and ensure that the reaction materials are fully mixed.

To heat or cool:

According to the reaction requirements, control the heating or cooling system of the SS reactor to make the reaction materials reach the predetermined temperature.


According to the reaction equation and experimental requirements, control the reaction conditions of ss reactor, such as reaction time, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, etc.

Complete the reaction:

After the reaction is over, turn off the heating or cooling system, stop the agitator, and unload the reaction product.
